Shipping charges and delivery

Paid orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within Türkiye costs 59.90 TL for orders below 500 TL after discounts and is free for orders of 500 TL or more. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. The final shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout.

Track your order

The carrier and tracking number are sent by email after dispatch. You can also check your current order status through the link in your order confirmation email.

Return or exchange requests

You may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number, product name and request through our contact form. For a damaged or missing item, describe the issue and keep photos of the product and packaging ready to share.

Sending a return

Confirm the return address and carrier details with us before sending the item. Return shipping instructions and any return code will be sent by email after your request. For shipping charges, product exceptions and refund conditions, see our Return and Refund Policy.
