Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery under the distance-selling rules. Products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, including opened car air fresheners, are excluded from withdrawal and returns.

Return address and shipping

Return address: Avcılar Sokak, No: 18, D: 1, Şenlikköy, Florya, Bakırköy / İstanbul, Türkiye. After you notify us of withdrawal, return shipment details and any return code will be sent by email from info@romansonofficial.com. The carrier may vary by order; the carrier and tracking number are sent by email when the order is dispatched.

After the returned product reaches the Seller, or as otherwise required by law, the refund is made within the statutory period using the original payment method.

If you use a carrier of your own choice instead of the return shipment details we provide, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Return shipping for defective products is borne by the Seller.

Partial returns of bundle and free-shipping orders

If some of the car air fresheners bought at a bundle price (2-pack, 3-pack or larger) are returned, the remaining items are recalculated at the single-item price or the bundle price matching the remaining quantity, and the refund equals the amount paid minus this new amount. If an order shipped free of charge (500 TL and above) falls below 500 TL after a return, the outbound shipping fee of the order (59.90 TL) is deducted from the refund. If the entire order is returned, the full amount paid, including any shipping fee, is refunded.
