2. Buyer Information

The Buyer's first name, surname, delivery and billing addresses, telephone number and email address are entered by the Buyer when placing the order and are included in the order summary.

3. Information on the Products Covered by the Agreement

The type, quantity, brand/model, colour, number of units, sale price and payment method of the product or products are detailed in the order summary and order confirmation email sent to the Buyer after the order is placed.

The sale price including all taxes is the amount shown in the order summary. Any specified shipping charge is added to this amount.

4. General Provisions

1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all preliminary information about the product's main characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery, and have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.
2. By electronically confirming this Pre-Contract Information Form, the Buyer confirms that they have received accurate and complete information on the address, products' main characteristics, prices including taxes and payment information that the Seller must provide before a distance contract is concluded.
3. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 1–3 business days after dispatch and, in any event, within the statutory maximum of 30 days.
4. If the Seller cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transport, the Seller will inform the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation, replacement with an equivalent product or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed.
5. Delivery requires electronic confirmation of the Pre-Contract Information Form and payment of the price by the Buyer's chosen payment method.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to the Buyer or the person/organisation at the designated address, without incurring legal liability or penalties and without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the Seller within this period at info@romansonofficial.com or using the method on the Returns and Exchanges page.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised:

• The product is returned with its standard accessories, if any. Matters arising from ordinary examination and the consumer's statutory rights are reserved.
• The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the product is handed to the carrier specified in the pre-contract information, or, if a different carrier is used, after the product reaches the Seller. For withdrawal before delivery, the period starts with the notice. Payments, including delivery costs covered by legislation, are refunded using the appropriate original payment method without charging the consumer.
• The product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
• Return carrier: a contracted carrier working through the Seller's Kargonomi shipping infrastructure; the carrier may vary by order. Return shipment details will be sent by email from info@romansonofficial.com. Where the product is returned with a carrier of the Buyer's own choice instead of the return shipment details provided, the return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer. No return costs are charged for returns made with the return method specified in the pre-contract information or for returns of defective products. • Partial returns: if some of the car air fresheners bought at a bundle price (2-pack, 3-pack or larger) are returned, the remaining items are recalculated at the single-item price or the bundle price matching the remaining quantity, and the refund equals the amount paid minus this new amount. If an order shipped free of charge (500 TL and above) falls below 500 TL after a return, the outbound shipping fee of the order (59.90 TL) is deducted from the refund. If the entire order is returned, the full amount paid, including any shipping fee, is refunded.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Products made to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs.
• Products whose protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
• Products mixed with other products after delivery that cannot be separated due to their nature.
• Products that are perishable or may expire.

Opened car air freshener packaging is excluded from withdrawal and return for hygiene reasons; the right of withdrawal remains available for eligible unopened products.

7. Authorities for Dispute Resolution

Within the monetary thresholds set by the Ministry of Trade each December, the Buyer may submit complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the place where the product was purchased or where the Buyer resides.

8. Entry into Force

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood and electronically approved all the terms of this Pre-Contract Information Form.

Payment, Shipping and Invoice

Card payments are processed through the Shopify PayTR Sanal POS app. Credit card payments can be split into 3 instalments at the cash price; bank interest applies to other instalment options, and the total including interest is shown at checkout before you confirm. Instalment options may vary by card issuer; debit cards cannot be used for instalments. Standard shipping within Türkiye is 59.90 TL; orders totalling 500 TL or more after discounts qualify for free shipping. our invoicing service (Paraşüt) issues the e-invoice. The carrier may vary by order, and the carrier and tracking number are notified by email when the order is handed over.
